James Heinritz has more than 20 years experience of working in senior management positions in retail, food & beverage and consulting in both the US and China. James is also the founder of Dorje Association.Started in 2006. Dorje is dedicated to improving health and education in the poorest areas of China. She worked as Account Servicing for both 4A and local advertising agencies, such as Saatchi&Saatchi, Grey, FCB, etc. Xin Yue participates in public welfare and charity activities, being named Press officer of Clean Development Fund of China Environmental Protection Foundation.
